• SkyBridge Invest acted as a broker of Samruk-Kazyna Sovereign Wealth Fund in the sale of its 10% stake in KazMunayGas NC JSC to the National Bank

• Structuring and execution of buyback of Global Depository Receipts (GDRs) and common shares of KazMunaiGas Exploration Production, where SBI proposed to settle GDRS at KASE

• Structuring of  sale of 100% share in AltynAlmas Gold, a Canadian company. SkyBridge Invest transferred foreign shares from the international accounting systems to the Central Securities Depository of the Republic of Kazakhstan along with the dematerialization in Computer Share Canada
