Samruk-Kazyna Invest

An investment company that directly finances investment projects aimed at creating competitive goods and services with the purpose of increasing local content.


Priority areas:

  • projects in priority sectors of JSC "Samruk-Kazyna";

  • projects aimed at development of intraholding cooperation;

  • projects aimed at modernization of economy of Kazakhstan;

  • projects aimed at implementation of the Concept of transition of Kazakhstan to "green economy"


Geographic focus: Kazakhstan and other countries, in case of industrial cooperation with Kazakhstan


Cost of projects:

up to USD 150 million. More capital-intensive projects may be submitted to Samruk-Kazyna for consideration.


Term of investment:

  • 3-5 years (with possibility of prolongation of investment term for three years)

  • When entering the project, it is desirable to obtain the exit option within 3-5 years from the start of implementation


Average return on investment portfolio:

12.54% per annum in tenge


Share:

up to 49% of the authorized capital
