is a private fund management company (the Company) registered with the Astana International Financial Center (AIFC).

The Company holds a license number AFSA–A–LA–2021–0021 from the Astana Financial Services Authority (AFSA – financial services regulator within the AIFC framework). Following the fulfillment of the regulatory Risk Mitigation Program, the Company received the AFSA’s clearance to commence Collective Investment Scheme operations on March 18, 2022.

Provident Fiduciary Ltd. is authorized to design, create, place and manage a variety of Exempt Funds, including Private Equity, Venture Capital, and REITs (please note that Exempt Funds could be offered only to Professional Clients upon due classification by a fund manager).

In addition to arrangement of Collective Investment Schemes, we advise on and arrange deals in privately placed securities.
